International artists, including Cana Bilir-Meier, Kate Newby, Tiffany Sia, Jaune Quick-to-See Smith, and Leyla Yenirce, occupy historically charged sites\u2014such as Cy Twombly\u2019s \u201cLepanto\u201d room or the \u201cT\u00fcrkentor\u201d (Turks\u2019 Gate).
