The exhibition “Black does not make the night” brings together a selection of artists who use night as a backdrop for their work, exploring the narrative potential and chromatic singularity that emerge from it. For, contrary to the presupposition associating the colour of darkness, the exhibition bears witness to the incredible chromatic and luminous reservoir that the nocturnal expanse conceals and from which the artists draw to give birth to representations that move between reality, myth and fiction.
